You can cancel or reschedule your ticket up to two hours before the scheduled departure. Requests after the vessel has departed are not accepted, and no refund is given for cancellations made after the scheduled departure time.
Four times daily between Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar, twice daily (except Friday) between Zanzibar and Pemba, and twice a week between Pemba and Tanga.
